1. Foil Pouch Dinner

If you're not familiar with a foil pouch dinner, it's a dish where you take a large piece of aluminum foil, throw foods like potatoes and meats into it, and put it on a campfire. While a toaster oven isn't a campfire, the same concept can be applied by placing the foil pouch into the toaster oven at a higher setting for a better overall cook.

2. Brownies

A sweet, delicious, chocolatey treat that everyone loves, this can be made with just the toaster oven. Now, making brownies will take a bit larger toaster oven. You may have to play around with the temperature, but a higher setting will work better for brownies! Get the recipe

While this may seem like a prominent food item to cook in a toaster oven, you can throw almost anything on a sandwich and put it in the toaster oven and come out with a perfectly toasted sandwich. With the toaster melting the cheese to a perfect temperature or the peanut butter becoming warm and droopy, this appliance is ideal for sandwiches.

4. Enchiladas

Enchiladas can be a very delicious thing to make in the toaster, which is also a straightforward thing to make. When making them, make sure the toaster is large enough and is covered with foil to make sure nothing will overflow. You can get very creative with what you put on them, so have fun with it!

5. Nachos

Another cheesy dish, you also have to make sure there is enough space for nachos. They can be a very messy dish to craft up, but they are worth it when done right. You can also get very creative with nachos, adding most vegetables and a variety of cheese.

6. S'Mores

Who doesn't love smores? They are the staple to every campfire, but the rain may put a damper on the fun. To replace the fire with a toaster oven, assemble the s'more, place it in the toaster oven, and let the chocolate get nice and melted. While this does take away some of the fun of making smores, sometimes you have to make it work!

Maybe one of the best dessert foods ever made, we commonly find these served at Christmas in my family. While we do not have them year-round, they are pretty easy to make; it takes only a few minutes with the toaster oven. The cinnamon rolls require ample space to be cooked since they expand a lot.
