Another food that is loved strictly for nostalgia and convenience is pizza rolls. They are a must-have food in the freezer. With them being ready in just a few minutes, pizza rolls are something millennials will never let go of, while boomers prefer pizza the traditional way.

Ube is a food from the Philippines that certainly catches diners' attention with its vibrant color. This strange food has a dessert-like consistency with a very unique, indescribable taste. Millennials seem to love this food, maybe because of the color, but baby boomers do not enjoy it.

Everyone loves a good mocktail. These delicious drinks have no alcohol content, and many millennials turn to them after a long day for a refreshing, flavorful drink. Millennials are okay with no alcohol content in these, but boomers seem to prefer that good buzz.

4. Vegan Food

New food arrives on shelves every day, including vegan substitutes for meat. Boomers do not seem to like food like this because they want good old-fashioned real meat, none of this fake meat made from plants.

5. Nut Milk

Boomers cannot understand the trend of drinking milk not from an animal. Alternatives to dairy can be made from things like cashews, almonds, or even pistachios. Baby boomers like to keep it traditional by drinking milk from cows.

6. Boxed Mac and Cheese

Boxed mac and cheese is a nostalgic staple for millennials. This processed pasta and cheese is not great for you, but brings back a taste from your childhood. Boomers would rather wait around all day for home-cooked mac and cheese, which is fine, but millennials love convenience.

7. Sweet and Spicy Foods

For some reason, millennials have come to love food with a kick of spice but follow up with a sweeter taste. This is most popular in foods like chocolate, honey, and some shrimp, which start spicy but leave you with a sweet taste.

8. Toaster Waffles

The best way to get breakfast in as a kid was toaster waffles. Millennials grew up having one of these every morning for breakfast, which nutritionally is not an excellent way to start your day, but these sure are delicious and quick.

9. Cold Brew Coffee

Cold brew coffees have become popular more recently, and are easily customizable. With places like Starbucks and Dunkin' releasing seasonal coffees, millennials hopped on this bandwagon and have not gotten off. Maybe boomers prefer an excellent warm coffee, but you cannot go wrong with a sugar-filled, sweet, cold brew.

10. Quinoa

As quinoa is dense in fiber and B vitamins, it's a great source to get your vitamins from. It's a lower-calorie alternative to rice, which is maybe why boomers do not enjoy this. Quinoa is great to make soup with, or you can even make it into flour.
